I am an Executive coach and Group Facilitator specialising in the area of personal awareness and personal effectiveness. Over the past 25 years, I have worked developing leaders and teams at a one-to-one and group level.

I have vast experience in both the private and public sectors, in the UK and globally, in particular finance, retail, engineering, legal, automotive, healthcare, housing and FMCG. My business experience was gained from my senior roles in Bosch, BMW and Safeway. My role as a Visiting Tutor at Cranfield University School of Management, assists with my current business awareness, along with being a Member of the Association for Coaching and Accredited Member of BACP Coaching. My work is also enhanced as an accredited trainer with a charity working on well-being and resilience skills programmes for young people.
As a qualified Psychotherapist, and an accredited trainer of the Penn Resiliency Programme, from the University of Pennsylvania, I assist the individual, and/or the team, in exploring the deeper dynamics which impact on their effectiveness. I am able to support clients in maintaining their well-being, and therefore, increase their resilience to pressure and change.
Through my enthusiastic, versatile, and relaxed coaching style, I am able to gain immediate trust with participants, allowing them to feel challenged and supported. My expertise in relational behaviours, provides a platform for developing productive relationships, influencing and motivating others, and building cohesive teams.
My qualifications include a Diploma in Training Management, including coaching skills, Institute of Personnel Management, and BA (Hons), University of Leeds. I am an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator administrator. I have a Foundation degree in Integrative Counselling and a Diploma in Counselling Skills. I am also qualified in Cognitive Behaviour Techniques (CBT) and EMDR.
