We all experience difficulties in our lives and being supported by a counsellor, at these times, can be very beneficial.

With vast experience, I provide counselling for individuals, and couples, and have expertise in relationship issues, anxiety and panic attacks, developing self-esteem, anger management and depression. I also specialise in counselling young people age 11 to 25 years.

I offer safe, confidential counselling, with a relaxed, non-judgemental, encouraging style. I provide a space during therapy which is trusting and where support and guidance help individuals move forward from their experiences and issues.

I work in an Integrative way, using different psychotherapy models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, which allows me to tailor my counselling approach to the specific needs of my clients.

I have extensive experience in counselling and supporting clients with a vast range of life issues, such as, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, Loss, Bereavement, Abuse, Low self esteem, Bullying and Relationship Issues. I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and adhere to their Ethical Code of Conduct. I hold an enhanced DBS Disclosure.

If you are interested in me supporting you at this time, go to the ‘Contact’ page or either email or telephone me. We can arrange an initial meeting to establish how we might work together.
