I work as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist and as an Executive Coach and Group Facilitator, specialising in Personal Awareness and Wellbeing. I have worked for many years in training and management development.

As a Counsellor, I have extensive experience counselling in private practice and the NHS. I have expertise in supporting people with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship and anger management issues. I also specialise in working with young people age 11-25 years. I worked in an Counselling Agency for young people for several years.  I also have a great deal of experience counselling adults and couples, including the elderly, having visited a care home for a number of years. I am trained in Relational Theory and use this to support couples and people with relationship issues.  

I work from offices very conveniently situated in the centre of Bagshot in Surrey. I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and a Member of BACP Coaching. I am UKCP registered and I have an enhanced DBS Disclosure. I am also a Member of the Association for Coaching.

As well as having a Foundation degree in Integrative Counselling and a Diploma in Counselling Skills, I am also qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT), EMDR and Creative Therapy.

I am an accredited trainer of the Penn Resiliency Programme, from the University of Pennsylvania, and am an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator administrator. Other qualifications include a Diploma in Training Management, Institute of Personnel Management, and BA (Hons), University of Leeds.
